Voters Opinion on American Manufacturing

Voters See Manufacturing as the “irreplaceable core of a strong economy” | Alliance for American Manufacturing. The results are in on America’s view on manufacturing. 83% of people had an unfavorable view of companies that send their companies to China, and people are favorable to goods made in the U.S. by 97%. 61% supported the government’s action to bail-out the auto industry. “It is striking how clearly voters-Republican and Democrat alike – see strengthening as the key to rebuilding the U.S. economy,” said Scott Paul, executive director of AAM.
